  • In 2017, NZ nationwide ICT infrastructure pre-audit review for a large corporate AHI Carrier NZ Limited. This included identifying any non-compliance issues and implementing necessary changes/updates to the hardware and systems security. The final audit carried out by an independent auditing company from Singapore resulted in a ZERO Observation report.
  • In 2017, Sydney Stadium spectator seats (50,000+) renewal and refresh project, involving training and overseeing 3rd party (Sydney based) contract workers in carrying out the activities in a technically competent manner.
  • NZ nationwide cash processing systems upgrade for implementing the new bank currency notes for a major cash processing company Glory Global Solutions. Phase 1 rollout in 2015, with Phase 2 in 2016.
  • NZ nationwide service station automation (Point of Sale & Truck Stop) systems rollout project for major oil company Caltex. Initial rollout was in 1995 and then a refresh in 2002.
  • In 1998, simultaneously managed the implementation of Loyalty System projects in Brazil & Argentina, which involved co-ordinating/liaising between the English-speaking teams in NZ & Portuguese & Spanish speaking South American engineering teams, across multiple time zones. This was carried out both remotely from NZ and on-site in South America.
